Recently, students a Joe Serna Jr. Charter School created “storm racers,” floating objects made from recycled materials, to see just how quickly items dropped in the storm drains can reach the river. Follow their racers in this new video from the City of Lodi, filmed by WGR Southwest, Inc.:
